1. Acceptance
By downloading, accessing, or using VIDO, you agree to this User Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and any applicable app store rules.
2. Age Requirement
VIDO is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. You may not use VIDO if you are under 18.
3. App Functions
VIDO includes the functions shown in the reference screenshots: video and photo browsing, featured media cards, search, diary empty and saved states, new diary creation, video or photo tags, private collection filters, local playback, subscriptions, and coin-supported features.
4. Local Content Responsibility
You are responsible for the videos, photos, diary notes, tags, and private collection items you store or manage in VIDO. You must have the legal right to use any content you add to or view through the app.
5. Prohibited Use
- Do not use VIDO for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing content.
- Do not attempt to bypass subscription, coin, payment, or security features.
- Do not interfere with app operation, reverse engineer restricted parts of the app, or misuse app store services.
6. Subscriptions and Coins
VIDO may offer subscriptions and coin-supported features. Subscription terms are explained in the Membership Agreement. Coins have no cash value unless required by law or app store policy.
7. No Warranty
VIDO is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every media file, or availability of every premium feature in every region.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIDO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
